Three black people have been reported killed by a man who opened fire inside a Jacksonville Dolla General Store in Florida, United States.
Jacksonville County Sheriff, T.K. Waters confirmed in a press briefing that the victims were all black. “This shooting was racially motivated, and he hated Black people”, the sheriff, who is Black told a news conference.
Waters said the suspected shooter sent a manifesto which detailed his racial hatred to law enforcement, media and his parents.
The sheriff’s office subsequently disclosed that the suspected shooter was among the dead.
